What is the Group Chat?
This is a chat room exclusive to members who have joined "月人(tukinchu)". You can communicate directly with other fans. Let's enjoy communicating with everyone in the fan club together!
How to Join the Group Chat
Please refer to the following instructions on how to join the group chat via the Bitfan App.
* You will receive push notifications when there are posts from tuki. or usagi-san.
* The group chat feature is only available through the Bitfan App.
* Please note that you cannot use the group chat from a web browser.
1. Download the Bitfan App.
2. Log in using the account with which you joined the tuki. official fan club "月人(tukinchu)".
3. Tap the group chat icon in the upper right corner within the app, select tuki.'s chat room "Waiwai with tuki. and usagi-san" (tuki.とusagiさんとワイワイ), and enjoy the group chat!
How to Use the Group Chat
In the group chat, you can not only post comments but also reply to specific comments and use mentions to enjoy communication!
Translation Feature
How to Use:
1. Tap and hold the post you would like to translate.
2. Tap “Translate”(翻訳) from the menu that appears.
3. The post will be translated into the language set in your Bitfan App.
If the Translate button does not appear in the menu, or if translation is not working properly, please try updating or restarting the app, or logging out and logging back in before trying again.

What is the Bitfan App?
It is a service that allows you to enjoy all kinds of information in one place, including social media and fan club content of your favorite artists. It integrates with various social media platforms, so by following your favorite artists on the Bitfan App, you can see all their information together without having to browse through different apps.
Notes
* The group chat can only be accessed via the Bitfan App. It cannot be used from PCs or web browsers such as Safari and Google Chrome.
* The group chat is a feature exclusive to paid members of "月人(tukinchu)". It cannot be used by those who have not registered for a paid membership.
* Please note that if you post inappropriate message or words, your posts may be hidden, or your access to the chat may be restricted.
